Be careful since they count the lids as pieces, so you will get only 9 containers. I find this the best containers available in the market. Product is just great,lids fit tight. Packaging by amazon came in bad conditions and 2 lids were broken, other than that I love these containers.

I have purchased the single GlassLocks from a discount store, but I have been looking forward to purchasing a set. I first fell in love with the Lock&Locks and then Snapware, which is a little cheaper than Lock&Locks. The leak-proof system even proved true when I learned to ferment my own kimchi in them; fermentation brings on significant pressure increase when its container is sealed. So Snapware and Lock&Locks were great, but my wish now is to be plastic free. I can live with the lids being plastic and even silicone, since I shan’t be using the lids in the nuke box. So, if you’re looking to eliminate the hormone-crasher/brain damager aka BPA, plus PVC and Phthalates, you should seriously meditate on acquiring this set.

I found these at Kohls individually and a set at Costco. I love this product. Sometimes the larger lids can be difficult to snap closed and I always hand wash the lids. They say that the lids are microwave and dishwasher safe but I haven’t found that to be true. I microwaved some leftovers with the lid as a cover (not snapped shut) to prevent splatter and it warped the lid which no longer can be trusted to stay closed and snaps open too easily now. One lid was put through the dishwasher and it ended up with a film on it which I haven’t been able to completely remove. If you want your glassware to last a long time I think treating the lids carefully is the best way to go. I look at them in the same way I do nice cutlery in that respect. I never put the lids in the dishwasher but a little extra care is worth it so I can have extremely useful storage containers which don’t stain or create safety concerns when reheating food.

this set of tupperware has good, but it is very fragil. glass fragments occasionally breakaway from the containers.

They are transparent, color-coded, spill-proof, and relatively elegant (nothing like our Le Creuset, but pleasing to hold).
I take them to work and enjoy the fact that I’m reheating my food in non-plastic container, and that it’s spill-proof, I can just throw it in my laptop case.
The standard lid sizes also remove the frustration of missing that *one* lid, since they come in twos (we bought 2 sets, so we have at least 4 of each lid).
